Deliverables

Following a detailed review ATP were quickly able to build a business improvement plan (BIP) that would improve profit & sales growth. Some of the key issues targeted by the BIP were:

  • The existing Network resources were too inflexible (and fixed with cost) for a dynamic variable sales model, plan to improve profitability by c£5m+.

  • Management and cascade of this information & KPI’s was unfocussed, Balanced Scorecard to be developed to drive performance & deliver a profit culture not just sales culture.

  • Inconsistent standard operational processes with much manual administration.

  • Inadequate leadership contributing to the disparate performance within the Network.

  • The sales & customer management framework was too inconsistent and had no ‘best practice’.
