Detailed analysis was undertaken on 12-month transactional data across 400 SKUs and 220 individual customers. The outputs from the resultant strategic pricing review delivered:

  • A clear understanding of contribution by channel and for each of the top 10 key accounts.

  • An appropriate and consistent price framework rewarding customers for scale and investment to the brand.

  • A coherent price hierarchy across categories and the introduction of a formal competitor price tracking mechanism.
