Managed the business case development and approval for relocation from 600,000sq ft of disparate warehouse space to a purpose built 400,000sq ft 3rd party centralised hub.
£1m+ benefit from the identification and implementation of a revised Commercial pricing initiative focussing on price elasticity on low velocity products.
Introduced Customer and channel specific P&L’s leading to a £1.2m improvement in key customer terms.
Worked alongside the new CEO developing the strategic plan and blueprint for growth.
