Deliverables

Delivery of an improvement plan to rectify deep seated problems, resulting in the immediate stabilisation of the business & subsequent improvement in bottom line profit, key elements being:

  • Delivery of leaner more agile operating model. MHE modernisation & time efficiency process review resulting in cost savings and improvements in customer satisfaction

  • Health & Safety: Following discovery of many substandard conditions and practices, it was necessary to implement a completely new management system with SOP’s, reporting, KPI’s & audit & control –  all overseen by a monthly steering group

  • Implementation of formal operating structure, that meets the daily business requirements in Logistics, Warehousing & Product Assembly; resulting in efficient and cost-effective  delivery of objectives

  • Implementation of a new stock control solution; returns & shrink management, stock on hand accuracy, stock turn & warehousing pick locations

  • Design and build of a new warehousing solution, improving stock management, productivity & safety
