Following a significant acquisition, we were engaged by the investors of Q Hotels, Bain Capital Credit, to manage both the integration and the subsequent value-creation programme of the new, enlarged group.

Our impact

Deliverables

Supporting the Board at QHotels, ATP managed both the full integration and the subsequent procurement and synergies programme. This included:

  • The full "carve out" and integration of 7 Hotels from an existing national chain, within the 3-month TSA (transactional service agreement) period.

  • An orderly transition of the outsourced call centre to a combined in-house solution, with seamless operational execution.

  • Development of a programme to harmonise products and services, resulting in 25 key areas of the business being reviewed and tendered.

A £4m improvement resulting from lower-cost prices across key food, beverage and outsourced services.
