Initially a review of supply chain & logistics & was completed, looking at existing structures, processes and operating models, the key findings were brought together into a programme of activity, which subsequently delivered benefits of over £2.5m p.a. This included:

  • Extensive market tender of all logistics streams for worldwide parcels

  • Comprehensive review of Mi Hub supply chain, which created a framework for improved inventory management

  • Procurement review of all packaging, facilities & maintenance, agency staffing and IT operational costs

  • Realignment of resources to better leverage the skills sets of the key team members following the Supplier consolidation

  • Replacement of Mi Hub’s manually compiled inventory data with an inventory projection and data analysis tool

  • Support to accelerate the delivery of new Ecommerce website

  • Review of Mi-Hub’s tendering process and the workflow application used
