Deliverables

Development & delivery of a new branch operating model with increased revenue & lower operating costs. key elements being:

  • Implementation of a new UK wide location strategy, with a plan to open one new branch per month over a 3 year period; seven branches opened in the first year

  • Implementation of a leaner more agile operating model, resulting in significant efficiency savings, together with  improvements in customer satisfaction & staff engagement

  • Recruited a team of highly experienced staff who were able to continue the project delivery after the initial project phase was completed

  • Implementation of a robust sales growth strategy that resulted in  new branches being 30% of sales target in the first year
