A fivefold increase in production output in just 9 months resulting from:

  • Immediate introduction of a relevant KPI suite including improved visibility on debtor collection and weekly cash flow.

  • Cross functional simplification of the existing NPD process resulting in reduced timescales to market and more efficient operating processes.

  • Recruitment and development of an entirely new operational leadership team including the introduction of a formal management system for Health and Safety and Lean manufacturing.

  • A 500% increase in output with a 6% reduction in cost per unit.
